The Importance of Absurdity

I apologize again for my absence. Things should start calming down now, though I will probably disappear into my history book in the week prior to May 9. But aside from that, I only have like 1 paper and not too many more tests and stuff to deal with before we get out of school, whenever that may be. I don't even know. I don't even know if anyone knows! Actually, the real reason things will be calm is that the best part of the school year is approaching and I only have 2 finals--history, which is sheer ridiculousness after the AP test (since we'll spend like 10 days watching movies between the 2!) and chemistry. And seeing as I got a 96 on the practice chemistry final 2 weeks ago, I should be good to go.
Anywhoo, while thinking about the summer and being gone and such, I've realized that there are some things that I'll miss. But that's part of life, ya know? Risking losing things you enjoy to gain things you'll enjoy more. That being said though, I've started a list of things I'll miss. Here it is as of now (in no particular order), but add to it if you wish!
1. Going to 10:30 movies with Hammy, the Bowen boys, Gary and whoever else might tag along
2. Picking the lilies that grow on the dirt road
3. Walking home from swim practice with my girls/going to Ci-Ci's after swim meets
4. Sleeping 'til 11am
5. Having lunch with Deidra
6. Working/making money
7. AIR CONDITIONING
8. Going to amusement parks and such with the youth group
9. Driving at night with all the windows open
10. Tuesday night bluegrass nights at Mellow Mushroom
11. Playing frisbee and such with the frisbee group
12. Grilling at Natalie's pool
